Experience the Enchantment of 1900 Park Fare: A Magical Dining Experience Making Wishes Come True

Family Outside 1900 Park Fare

Character Dining at Walt Disney World is always a fan favorite. I am excited to share that 1900 Park Fare is back and it comes with a re-imagined experience that will leave you in awe. 1900 Park Fare is located at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, is a quintessential part of the Walt Disney World dining experience, offering guests a unique and enchanting mealtime. This restaurant is renowned for its character dining experiences, where beloved Disney characters mingle with guests, providing unforgettable moments for families and Disney enthusiasts of all ages. The setting is inspired by Victorian elegance, reflecting the grandiose style of the Grand Floridian Resort, making every visit feel special and immersive.

With it's re-opening it now features a beautiful new decor and design plus new and exciting characters. You will find portraits of your favorite wish making Disney Characters spread around the room and Big Bertha is back and remains a centerpiece of the room. Guest will be able to meet table side Cinderella, Mirabel from Encanto, Aladdin (in his Prince Ali attire), and Princess Tiana (in her Tiana's Bayou Adventure attire) (Character appearances and entertainment are subject to change) . All characters who had wishes and watched them come true. This plays a big part in the dining experience which I will share in a bit.

The restaurant offers breakfast and dinner seatings. We attended for dinner which as breakfast features an all-you-care to enjoy buffet including a carving station, mashed potatoes, macaroni & cheese, Tianas Famous Gumbo, green beans, carrots, and more. There is also a kids selection of their favorites like pizza, chicken tenders, corn and more. This is great for those worried if their kids would eat items there is something for everyone.

Dessert is endless which includes the world famous Grand Floridian Strawberry Soup, vanilla cupcakes, cookies, gummy bears and more! Your sweet tooth will be fulfilled so definitely leave room for dessert. There are speciality beverages both non-alcoholic and alcoholic available. The Strawberry Rosé Spritz was a hit during our dining period it is comprised of La Fête du Rosé, Rockey’s Botanical Liqueur, Tito’s Handmade Vodka and strawberry. I tried the non-alcoholic So Many Wishes and was not disappointed. It was made with Pomegranate green tea, hibiscus, lemon and a dash of stardust, totally refreshing and just the right amount of sweet.

What truly sets 1900 Park Fare apart is the character dining experience. New is the wish makers ceremony! When you arrive and seated Guest are given a wish makers card. On one side is all the characters signatures and opposite is a blank space for you to write your own wishes down. Once the ceremony starts Jiminy Cricket joins our favorite characters as they share in the joy and message of wishing and dreaming big. The Ceremony happens once every hour so you have no worries if you will miss this. These interactions provide an extra layer of excitement to the dining experience, making it a must-do for families and Disney enthusiasts alike.
