If there is something I am always looking for it is a good time. We were invited out to Main Event Orlando to come check out everything they have to offer. We had a great time, good food, and enjoyed the atmosphere so let's dive into why you need to check it out.
Main Event is located right on International Drive at The Pointe Orlando. The location is convenient to those visiting Orlando and perfect for locals looking for something to do. Main Event is fun for all and the absolute perfect spot for gamers. The motto Eat.Bowl.Play is shared throughout the venue and this attraction provides that plus more.
We started the day off bowling and this is one of our favorite activities to do as a family. We are pretty competitive so it was nice to have this activity under the same roof. Of course, bowling can work up an appetite so we got to order some food and drinks.
TaVon had his usual Angry Orchard while I tried the Bahama Mama. I am a rum drinker so this was refreshing. Ari tried the kids sliders with french fries and we are pretty sure she finished before everyone. TaVon had the Super Cheesy Chicken Quesadilla. This comes with house-marinated grilled chicken, three cheese blend, and sautéed red peppers served in a jalapeño cheddar tortilla. He loved it and I can tell you I smelled the jalapeños coming from his pores.
I kept it simple with an order of lemon pepper chicken wings. I love my chicken fried hard and I ordered it without even mentioning this. It came out perfect I loved the crunch and recommend this for chicken lovers. Lemon Pepper is always a fun flavor it can be overbearing if too much but these were just right with the ranch dipping sauce.
After bowling we headed to check out the other amazing experiences you can find including:

-Ropes Course
- Billiards
You name it, it's there. We indulged in classics like skeeball, basketball, and air hockey. Ari was obsessed with the VR experiences they had on the arcade floor. I enjoyed the convenience of having everything on a card. You swipe your card and play. No tickets or anything handed to you it is all loaded back to the card swiped. Do you need to refill your card? No waiting in line! There are kiosk set up that make it easy to reload and even check you balances.
Once you are done for the day you do not forget to stop in the Winner's Circle. Inside you can redeem your points earned for prizes. Items ranged in size and prize points but there is literally something for everyone.
A few notes if visiting:
Go early! This is going to be super helpful if you are going with kids. We got so much done and practically played every game. If looking for a great time out with friends Main Event is open until midnight so going later in the evening is good as there will be less kids.
Play All Day! There is so much to do inside. It's AC in Florida take advantage of this. There is a Food and Fun combo that is something I highly recommend for the day. Especially a rainy day, this is the perfect place to be.
There is a height requirement for Laser-Tag and the Ropes Course. To participate you must be at least 48 inches tall. Do wear closed toe shoes and bring socks!
