The Summer is here which means kids are out of school and us parents are looking to make some fun memories! LEGOLAND® Florida's Summer Brick Party is an annual celebration that brings a burst of excitement and creativity to the park. This event runs June 1st-August 11th and is AWESOME! From interactive building stations to fantastic shows, the Summer Brick Party is designed to immerse guests in a festive atmosphere that celebrates the joy of creativity and SUMMER. LEGOLAND® Florida invited us to the first day of this event where we experienced the fun together.
Summer Brick Party Entertainment
One of the highlights of the Summer Brick Party is the array of themed events and live entertainment. Guests can enjoy live shows featuring LEGO® characters, dance parties with energetic music, and interactive performances that engage both children and adults.
New this year is Party,Play, Fun! This is offered at twice a day at 4pm and 5:30pm and is a great way to end the day here. It's a high-energy party with music and dancing withe LEGOLAND® Girl and Boy joining the fun! The show runs about 20 minutes in Fun Town and is truly AWESOME!
Playtime with Hopsy is another new addition to the line up. Hopsy the DUPLO® Bunny is out to play with Guests. This is a 15 minute set offered six times throughout the day in the DUPLO® Valley area. This is a super cute experience for the younger kids and Hopsy is the cutest! Hopsy is a BRAND NEW Character who you can also meet during this limited time event.
Returning are fan favorites Go Xtreme! at the LEGO® City Stage. The show runs 20 minutes and offered four times a day except on Wednesdays. It's a thrilling and exciting stunt show led by LEGO® Producer himself. Our kids truly were in awe of the stunts, music, and crowd interactions. You truly are left sitting on the edge of your seat!
Over in Fun Town there are two new character experiences! Your LEGO® lovers can meet LEGOLAND® Girl & Boy outside of the Fun Town Theater. Plus New this year is LEGO® Shark Suit Guy who you can also meet in Fun Town. He is in a cool air conditioned location that is decked out for the summer. Both experiences are happening multiple times a day and I recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before set start times.
Summer Brick Party Eats
The Summer Brick Party also includes unique seasonal offerings, such as limited-time food and beverage options, and themed decorations throughout the park. The Summer Snacks are true stars of this event. We have a fun take on the classic apple fires which are called the Pineapple Party Apple Fries from Granny's Apple Fries.
There is a Watermelon Bliss Cone to cool off on hot days located at Kingdom Cones. This cone is Dole Watermelon served in a green match waffle cone topped with chocolate sprinkles.
Looking for flavor... Head over to Taco Everyday and try the Let's Shred! Tacos or Nachos! I liked both but the Nachos were my absolute favorite. It features braised pork on top crispy tortillas with queso blanco, onions, cilantro, salsa verde and grilled pineapple.
Over at LEGOLAND® Coffee Co is a the Berrylicious Sunshine Smoothie. If you like smoothies this is one to try! It is filled with acaÍ berries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries plus yogurt. Garnished with fresh strawberries and blueberries to finish. Now while my kids are not smoothie kids they did enjoy this as a refreshing option.
The star for me was the Pina Colada Paradise from Heartlake Ice Cream & Shakes. This comes in a souvenir cup that is color-changing and inside is Dole soft serve and coconut milk topped with whip cream and pineapple shaped candy. This was my kids favorite and moms too! It is easy to share and very refreshing as well. I can say I appreciated the variety and summer vibes of all the summer snacks served this year.
Of course there are the fan favorite LEGOLAND® attractions 4D movies, and more toe experience. LEGOLAND® Florida has some great ways to help families save with $29 kids tickets! This is so affordable because with each adult ticket you can get up to four kids tickets at that rate. Whether it's cooling off at the water park, embarking on thrilling rides, or simply soaking in the lively atmosphere, the Summer Brick Party offers something for everyone, making it a must-visit event for LEGO® fans of all ages.
