Legoland Florida's Ninjago Weekends is an exciting event for both children and adults. The event is inspired by the popular Lego Ninjago franchise and features a range of activities and attractions that are sure to keep everyone entertained. We unleashed our inner Ninja this weekend for the first time and wow were we blown away.
Visitors to Legoland Florida during Ninjago Weekends will be able to take part in a variety of activities, such as building their own Lego Ninjago models, mastering the art of Spinjitzu, and participating in a scavenger hunt that takes them through the park. There are also special Ninjago-themed shows and food! Lloyd’s Elemental Challenge is a great show that last about 20 minutes in on the Lego City Stage. You can watch Lloyd and fellow ninjas work to practice their awesome ninja moves. I suggest arriving to the theater at least 10 minutes prior for great seating.
The School of Spinjitzu is not far away and can easily be a ball of fun. It’s a great interactive show where littles can practice their ninja moves. It last about 15 minutes or less and is done outside in a grassy area. There is a scavenger hunt Guest can participate in and throughout the day as you attend fun events you can grab stickers to complete the Path of the Dragon. This is found in your event guide and fun way to incorporate the entire day of fun.
The highlight our this is definitely meeting Lego Ninjago characters. My tip is to try to meet them first and plan your shows and other activities around this. We met every character except one on our visit. While we did not try any food items there are several options from their famous apple fries to ramen that Guest can try. There are also Lego Brick Builds where Guest can help complete a Cobra or participate in a fun contest.
For those who want to take their Ninjago experience to the next level, there are also exclusive Ninjago rooms available at the Legoland Hotel. These rooms are decorated with Ninjago-themed decor and come with a range of special amenities, including a treasure hunt and a Lego building activity. We have stayed at the Legoland Hotel ourselves and while we were not in a Ninjago themed room we truly enjoyed our stay here.
Overall, Legoland Florida's Ninjago Weekends is a fun and exciting event that is perfect for Lego fans of all ages. Ninjago weekends is happening select weekend’s through February 19th. Admission into the park will include all the fun of this event. Whether you're a fan of the Ninjago franchise or just looking for a fun day out with the family, this event is definitely worth checking out.
Until our next expedition……
