Magical Meals at Walt Disney World: Exploring Three Must-Try Disney Character Dining Experiences

Character dining is one of our favorites to do as a family. We do quite a bit as locals and truly have figured out our favorites. While Walt Disney World has quite a few options, I have narrowed down our top three and explaining why you want to visit them!

Located right on Walt Disney World property and nestled in the beautiful Golden Oak Community you will find the Four Seasons. Ravello is the restaurant on the property that houses this and serves up some great food options. It’s served buffet style and features an omelet station, delicious pancakes, fresh fruit, and so much more. Goofy, Mickey and Minnie are around to great Guest as they visit for breakfast. You will also receive a post card on your table with their autographs that makes for a great keepsake of the experience.

I love that photos are taken by a Disney Photopass photography with Goofy and included with the price you pay. Ages 3-12 are $34 and Adults are $54. Guest may valet and have parking validated once you are done dining.

This breakfast is offered on select dates and reservations go fast. I highly recommend booking and checking this one out for yourself.

This is located at the Disney’s Beach Club Resort and for years has been one of our must do’s. This too is served buffet style and features an omelet and carving station. I love the characters outfits here as they are dressed in their beachy best since the restaurant has a beach club vibe. You will find Minnie and her friends which can include Daisy, Donald, and Goofy hanging but is always subject to change.

The characters can sign here for you. Pricing is $30 for kids age 3-9 and adults $47. There is free self parking or Guest may pay to valet park if they choose. We love to do a nice stroll around the resort or the boardwalk area after to help our food digest.

Topolinos is located at Disney’s Riviera Resort and some may be shocked that this isn’t my first choice. It’s still a great option hence why it’s third on my list and we love this Resort in general. The theming is cute inside and the characters here are dressed in what are my favorite outfits of all.

The restaurant is nestled on the rooftop of the resort that features beautiful views of Walt Disney World. This is a prix-fix menu which starts with a nice basket of pastries and Guest then choose one entree to enjoy from the menu. The wood-fire steak and eggs is my favorite on the menu and the kids always love the Mickey shaped waffle dippers.

Pricing here is $30 for ages 3-9 and $49 for ages 10 and up. Self parking is free and Guest may pay for valet if they choose.

Character Dining is just one of the many experiences you can enjoy at Walt Disney World. The one thing they all have in common that I love is none require a park ticket. This means you can visit these by just having a reservation. There are so many great options on property and these are just our top recommendations. I hope you take some time to check these out on your next visit.

Until our next expedition.....
